With almost 30 years of professional experience as an executive search consultant, Mr. LePage works with start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses and large corporations, notably in mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, he has been entrusted with nearly 2000 search assignments for leaders and executives in several practice areas both in Canada and the United States and internationally. Mr. LePage holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and continued his studies at the Master’s degree in Business Administration. Before founding his firm in executive search, he worked in recognized companies in HR management. A member of the CPHR, (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources ) for more than 30 years, he is also a member of several professional associations. Mr. LePage was the first Canadian to join the World Search Group (later becoming Agilium Worldwide),  a “Top Talent” consortium of 25 leading companies, and of which he was a part for 20 years.
